The BIK Sosnowiec III project, an integral part of the Silesian Logistics Centre, is the largest undertaking completed by Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych S.A. In 2019, part of the investment was acquired by the Exeter Property Group. The Silesian Logistics Centre is a warehouse complex located at the intersection of the A4 motorway and the S1 expressway—a location chosen not only for its transport accessibility, but also for the urban potential of the area within the context of the Upper Silesian Industrial Region.
