ABOUT THE PROJECT:
The Stanisław Lem Garden of Experience education park is situated in the spacious Polish Aviators Park in Krakow. The premises covering over 6 ha (15 acres) were developed by adapting the existing network of pedestrian footpaths and the trees found on the site. Imposed on the system of alleys reminiscent of a tree crown were schematic forms, making reference to leaf structures. Different in the their form and materials used, the leaves provide platforms for educational devices illustrating the laws of physics. In future, construction of two pavilions and a panoramic tower is planned in the park.
